Simrad GO series displays are designed to help you make the most of your time on the water and are a perfect addition to smaller sportboats, dayboats, and center-consoles. Behind every super-bright GO series touchscreen lies a built-in GPS receiver, echosounder, wireless connectivity, and industry standard NMEA 2000® networking. Navigate, connect with mobile devices, control accessories like your on-board sound system, and choose from an array of built-in sonar support to cruise with confidence or fish like a pro. Radar capability—available on the GO7 and above—offers added safety and fishfinding functionality while you’re out on the water.
Multi-touch display for intuitive, tablet-style control
The GO series offers true ease of use with intuitive touchscreen controls that smartphone and tablet users will find instantly familiar. Customize your home screen with the features you use most, and see everything you need on screen at once with adjustable split-screen views. Mark waypoints on charts with a touch, and easily assign meaningful names and symbols that make them quick to find when you are planning your next trip.
Chartplotter with built-in GPS helps keep you on course
Every GO series display is a full-featured chartplotter with a built-in GPS receiver. Choose from a wide range of charts available from C-MAP and others to best cover your local waterways and favorite holiday spots. You can even leverage advanced chart-specific features like C-MAP Easy Routing to make planning your next trip on the water as easy as planning a trip in the car.
Turn your display into a fishfinder
Add a sonar transducer (sold separately) and your GO series display works as a capable fishfinder, complete with CHIRP technology for clear detection of fish throughout the water column. Choose from a range of options to suit your boat, from cost-effective CHIRP or traditional transducers for a classic fish-finder view, to StructureScan® HD imaging for a picture-like view of fish holding structure beneath and around your boat.
Wireless and wired connectivity take your display beyond the helm
Built-in wireless connectivity mirrors your display to a compatible smartphone or tablet, giving you instant access to charts, radar and other functionality from anywhere on board. Wireless also enables easy online software updates via any internet hotspot. Industry-standard NMEA 2000® connectivity offers a wide range of expansion and integration options: monitor your boat’s engine performance and fuel efficiency, steer your boat with a Simrad autopilot, or control your on-board entertainment system from your GO series display.
HDI Skimmer® transducer finds fish and tracks depth
A transom-mounted HDI Skimmer® transducer delivers fish-finding sonar for amateur anglers, and offers a simple way for powerboating enthusiasts to keep an eye on depth. CHIRP technology enables clear detection of fish throughout the water column, while DownScan Imaging™ sonar creates a picture-like view of fish-holding structure beneath your boat. FishReveal™ technology combines these two specialized views into a single, crystal-clear picture of fish and structure.
TotalScan™ transducer pinpoints fish and structure
Your GO series display works as a powerful fishfinder when combined with the easy-to-install, transom-mounted TotalScan™ transducer. Enjoy all the advantages of an HDI Skimmer® transducer, including CHIRP and FishReveal™ technology, plus full StructureScan® HD imaging to deliver a wide-angle view of fish-holding structure beneath and to the sides of your boat. Find and identify structure faster, and spend more time fishing in the most productive spots.
Radar support offers safer cruising and more productive fishing
GO7 XSR, GO9 XSE, and GO12 XSE displays offer plug-and-play connectivity to Simrad radar solutions for powerboats of all sizes, including the smallest RIBs and runabouts. Add a Broadband 3G™, Broadband 4G™, or Halo™ Pulse Compression radar system to cruise confidently through crowded harbours, navigate safely in poor visibility, keep an eye on distant weather cells, and even locate flocks of feeding birds that hint at good fishing spots.
Broadband 3G™ radar offers a cost-effective solution
Our Broadband 3G™ radar systems are a great way to add radar capabilities to smaller powerboats. See channel markers from right off the bow to storm cells 24 nautical miles away. These compact dome radars are easy to install, have low power needs, and wake instantly from standby to give you radar coverage exactly when and where you need it. Zero radiation hazard and no external moving parts make our Broadband Radar™ systems safe to mount anywhere on board.
RS20S VHF - An Easy to Use Radio for Any Vessel
See clearly in bright daylight with a high contrast black-on-white display, and inverted white-on-black night mode. A rotary dial makes channel selection easy, while large buttons provide quick access to other key functions. Dedicated Channel 16 keys, found on both the radio and its fist microphone, offer instant access to the emergency channel. An included gimbal bracket enables simple table-top, overhead, or bulkhead installation. Flush-mount installation is also possible, with an easy mount-from-front solution, to match the low-profile style of our glass bridge displays and accessories.
Class D DSC Approved
DSC, or "Digital Selective Calling", makes it easier to stay in touch with other boaters and enables you to broadcast your boat's location during an emergency. If you find yourself in trouble, the RS20’s dedicated "distress" button will initiate a DSC distress call that sends your boat's position to anyone within VHF range. Used together with a traditional radio distress call, this makes it easier for other boaters with DSC-capable radios to register your situation and come to your aid. An integrated GPS receiver means your position can be sent even if your boat's other electronics are powered down.
Easy Access to All International Channels
The RS20S is designed for global use and supports all international channels. With tri-channel watch, easily scan between the current channel, emergency channel 16, and another user-configurable priority channel (in the USA, scan between the current channel, emergency channel 16, and calling channel 9). Alternatively, scan through all available channels or just your selected favourites. Emergency channels can be given priority when scanning to reduce the chance of missing distress calls or other urgent safety messages.
